Founder, The Conquer Company
Thania Guardino
Our founder, Thania Guardino, spent over 10+ years working as a VP of Marketing at several tech startups helping them scale from $0 to millions.
Inspired by watching her immigrant parents run their own small chiropractic office, pouring love and tremendous hours into their patients, Thania learned “conquering” was all about perspective.
It’s from her parents and family legacy that she developed a deep sense of work ethic and obligation to serving others.
She simulanteously built other passions outside of her corporate career like fitness, coaching, and podcasting.
As a first generation Spanish-Mexican American woman, Thania saw how underrepresented and supported women and people of color are in business and entrepreneurial spaces.
The idea behind The Conquer Company is that we know the struggle.
We know the hardships of life and business.
But we also know the DEEP gut feeling of needing to love and serve.
We know the IMMENSE purpose placed into your heart and the SINCERE desire to make the world a better place.
And we know it’s not just some stupid bullshit you put on your website.
